Steiden Law Offices   ›   Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati Bankruptcy Law Firm   ›   Nate Kohler

Nate Kohler

Nate Kohler has been practicing bankruptcy law for over nine years, and he brings a wealth of bankruptcy knowledge to his clients with experience as both Debtor’s and Creditor’s counsel. Throughout his career, Nate has represented both Debtors and Creditors in complex bankruptcy litigation, including defective liens, preference issues, tax debt dischargeability, and inheritance issues.

Nate’s scope of representation includes representing individuals in basic Chapter 7 cases to representing large lending institutions in complex Chapter 11 work-outs. Nate’s understanding of the Bankruptcy Code and the interplay between Debtor’s and Creditor’s rights uniquely positions him to navigate complex bankruptcy issues with skill.

Prior to joining Steiden Law Offices, Nate practiced law in Louisville, KY, with the Law Offices of Julie Ann O’Bryan, P.C., and he practiced creditor’s rights law exclusively with the law firms Mapother & Mapother, P.S.C., and Fenton & McGarvey, P.S.C.. Prior to practicing law, Nate was a member of the Army Reserve from 1997 to 2005.
